Just Peachy ! 

2 peaches 

1 inch thick wheel of pineapple 

1 pear 

1/2 of lemon 

Water from 1 coconut 

Add half cup of organic sugar to one blender full 

Blend with ice and enjoy 


Green Banana smoothie

5 organic bananas 
The water from 2 coconuts
A small bunch of kale 
And a small bunch of dandelion 

Add ice two table spoons of organic date sugar blend and enjoy 


Flu buster smoothie recipe

Flu buster smoothie recipe 


4 oranges 
1 lemon 
Coconut water 
1 cup of berries of your choice ( I used blackberries )
3 spoonfuls of date sugar (or whatever you use to sweeten if not regular sugar) 

Add ice blend and enjoy 
Drink a pitcher at a time drink about 3 and have some soup and lot of water and rest and you will be fine. (Just personal advice This is NOT medical advice) 

Citrus wheatgrass smoothie

Citrus wheat grass smoothie 


2 oranges 
1 lemon 
1inch thick slice of pineapple
1 whole wheat grass 
1 kale leaf
The water from two coconuts 
And two to three table spoons of date sugar

Blend with ice and enjoy 

Eggplant lasagna

Eggplant lasagna 


Chop 

2 large white onion 
2 red bell pepper 
3 large tomato 
2 zucchini 
2 bunches of broccoli 


Sauté all of that with olive oil ,garlic salt and black pepper 


Heat the slices off egg plant to make them semi soft 

Brush them with garlic seasoned olive oil 


IN MEDIUM SAUCE PAN 


sauté garlic with butter
The add half and half 

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese until thick texture you desire 

Set aside 


Lay eggplant in pan (first layer) 
Coat it will sauce 

Spread some of the sautéed mixture of veggies 

Sprinkle your vegan cheese 

Then do this again two more times forming 3 layers ( more if you would like) 


Then top it with sauce , cheese , green onion and olives 

Bake on 400 

For twenty to forty minutes some like browned top (40 min)

Hot spinach artichoke dip (all cheese vegan versions)

What you need 

(Not my photo it's from google) 

Cream cheese (vegan)
Parmesan cheese (vegan)
Pepper jack cheese (vegan)
Sour cream (vegan)
Onion 
Artichoke hearts 
A whole clove of garlic 
One tomato 



First think you do is slice the top off the garlic place it in some foil put butter right on top and then close the foil nice and tight and put it in the oven let it roast about 30-40 min 

Put spinach on to cook



Combine 

2 cups of cream cheese 
1 cup of sour cream 
Grade some pepper jack cheese (to your taste) 
Sprinkle some Parmesan (to your taste)  


Mix it together thoroughly 


Chop artichoke hearts set aside 
Dice two onions dice one tomato 

Sauté the onions and red bell pepper 
Add garlic salt 


When onions are almost done toss in the artichoke hearts and tomato sauté them for a min or two then 

Stir them into the cheese mix also adding spinach 
Take garlic out of foil and squeeze  the now soft roasted garlic into the mix and mix and add Parmesan and pepper jack cheese until it's how you want it to taste 

Eat with tortilla chips, French bread , sour dough bread or whatever you choose. 

Vegan Alfredo recipe

Boil noodles (my fav are rigatoni) 

 SAUCE   

chop a whole head of garlic 
Sauté in some vegan butter (I use earth balance) 

When the garlic starts to smell great then add your 21/2 -3 cups almond milk (start by adding 2 and slowly pour in the third while sprinkling vegan Parmesan cheese until it becomes thick 

Then let it sit with the lid on while you sauté the veggies 

NEXT 
 

Chop 1 onion , 1 bell pepper 

Chop a head of broccoli 

Chop one zucchini 

Sauté that until your desired texture 

Add sea salt to your taste 

then combine sauce ,noodles and sautéed veggies and stir it all up , serve and enjoy :)
