Great tasting nutritious smoothie

Delicious smoothie very simple


3 oranges peeled

3/4 of cucumber

3 carrots

Blend with ice and for sweetener I recommend organic sugar.

This is a very simple recipe I am just sharing incase someone needs an idea of a quick lunch.


Using coconut oil or olive oil

Chop green onions
Chop one tomato
Slice open the sausage long way
And grill sauté it around with the onions and tomato until golden brown or dark brown if you like

Slice and dip in home made ranch or dip or dressing of your choice you can also try it on a roll or whatever bread you would like. My advise is to add dressing to the sandwich as well.

I'm not sure if all stores have this but I know that bel air and whole foods have it (see image)

Tortilla ( I recommend large tortilla )
Chopped green onions
Chopped garlic
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped zucchini
Chopped eggplant
Chopped tomatoes

Sauté the ingredients in some coconut oil or olive oil season with garlic salt and pepper

Then place in a buttered pan the tortilla
Lay down a few slices of vegan cheese
Then add the sautéed ingredients then fold over the tortilla and brown it as you would a regular quesadilla until its as brown as you want it

Due to the cheese being vegan it may not melt as much so put it in the microwave for about ten seconds and then you have a nice and healthy vegan quesadilla.

1 pair sliced

1 cup of raspberries

2 cups of spinach

7-10 strawberries

1 cup of red leaf romaine lettuce

1 orange peeled

1/2 of a cucumber


Blend with ice and enjoy for sweetener I recommend organic sugar just enough to bring out the sweetness.


Guacamole

Guacamole


Two large ripe avocados

Two large organic tomatoes

One large yellow onion

One garlic clove

Half of a lime

Salt and pepper


Chop the avocado across and down so there are small squares (see image)

Chop tomatoes
Chop onions into small cubes
Chop garlic into small pieces

Mix all together in a large bowl
Squeeze the half of lime in (the lime keeps the guacamole from turning brown) , add salt and pepper to your taste.

And enjoy with chips or veggies i personally like to eat it with raw cauliflower.



FLU BUSTER SMOOTHIE

Flu buster smoothie

Two oranges peeled

1 pair

Two handfuls of blackberries

One tree of broccoli

1 apple

Add honey and 1 lemon
Add ice and enjoy

A few of these will bring you right back from the flu season.
