Vegan Alfredo recipe

Boil noodles (my fav are rigatoni) 

 SAUCE   

chop a whole head of garlic 
Sauté in some vegan butter (I use earth balance) 

When the garlic starts to smell great then add your 21/2 -3 cups almond milk (start by adding 2 and slowly pour in the third while sprinkling vegan Parmesan cheese until it becomes thick 

Then let it sit with the lid on while you sauté the veggies 

NEXT 
 

Chop 1 onion , 1 bell pepper 

Chop a head of broccoli 

Chop one zucchini 

Sauté that until your desired texture 

Add sea salt to your taste 

then combine sauce ,noodles and sautéed veggies and stir it all up , serve and enjoy :)
