SALAD WRAP

Take a romaine lettuce leaf

Slice tomato
Slice cucumber
Slice green onions
Slice avocado


Layer the sliced avocado , tomato, cucumber, and green onions
(you can also use whatever else you think would be good this is just my personal favorite)

Then add the salad dressing of your choice roll up like a burrito and enjoy!

1 banana

1 inch thick slice of pineapple
The water from one coconut

Add ice , blend and enjoy!!

To make it sweeter freeze the fruit so u can use less ice the ice waters it down.

And 1 cup of fresh blueberries

Add a little water ,Blend with ice and enjoy
To make it sweeter don't use ice just freeze the fruit add a little water and blend and enjoy

1 slice of pineapple
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 banana
Add ice blend and ENJOY!

Makes a normal size blender pitcher full

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of garlic salt
Pepper
Parsley
Pinch of marjoram
Squeeze in some lemon juice
Stir and enjoy!!

Take watermelon and slice it up to resemble the shape of a cracker.

Then slice the bananas (thin slices)

Slice strawberries (thin slices)

Slice pineapple ( thin slices)

Slice grapes ( thin slices)

And pretty much any other fruit you want

Then spread some greek yogurt like you would do cheese on a cracker

Layer your fruit across

Then top with more greek yogurt

And ENJOY!!

TOPING TIPS......

You can also add granola to the top of cherries or even organic chocolate.

And coconut water

Spoonful of two of greek yogurt (i add it sometimes its good with or without it)

Blend all ingredients with ice & ENJOY!!
