1 piece of watermelon sliced up

Add coconut water as the milk or almond milk and ENJOY!!

( makes a pitcher for the whole family if your just making it for you only use 2 or 3 of each thing )

TASTY SMOOTHIE

4 kiwis peeled and chopped

1/2 of pineapple peeled and chopped

1 banana peeled and chopped

1 avocado peeled and cut

add a few spoonfuls of greek yogurt

Blend it all in a blender then add half to a container with a lid and save for a second batch.

With the remaining batch still in the blender add ice and water BLEND & ENJOY!!

Kiwi
Pineapple
Banana peel shavings (the inside white part)
Coconut shavings
Avocado
Spoon full of greek yogurt
Spoon full of honey


Mix it all into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour

Then mask and enjoy your soft healthy smooth skin.

MORNING SMOOTHIE peel and slice 4 to 5 oranges Peel and slice half of a pineapple (i cut it into chunks) Peel and slice one lemon Then peel and slice two bananas crack one coconut and drain water into the blender add all fruit then blend Then poor half into a container with a lid for later. Take half thats left in the blender add ice and some water then BLEND & ENJOY!!
