Smoothie Bags




Chop up your fruit and put it into ziplock bags. So that its already there no taking time to chop it up which may make you reach for something that's already done and unhealthy because its quicker. This way it's easy to access. It's also a money saver because you can make the fruit stretch and you can buy a lot at once and not worry about it going bad.


Here are what's in my normal everyday smoothies I switch them up a lot but these ones I have a lot because everything is cheap lol.

Each ziplock (standard size) has

1/2 of a pair
1/2 of a 1/2 inch thick wheel of pineapple (see image)
1/2 of an orange
And 8 black berries

And I add ice and 1/2 cup of organic sugar.

And it makes a whole blender full.


I used 2 Costco bags of pairs
One box of oranges
Two whole pineapple
And two Costco boxes of blackberries

And each bag has 1/2 of a pair
8 blackberries
1 pineapple wheel about 1/2 inch thick
1/2 orange.

Made about 45 bags

That's 45 smoothies all ready to go all fresh fruit

4 leaves of romain lettuce


Add ice and organic sugar to taste

1 apple
3 cups of spinach
1 cucumber
2 pears
1/2 in thick wheel of pineapple
1 cup of kale
1 tree of broccoli
1 orange


Add organic sugar to your taste add ice blend and enjoy

2 oranges peeled

2 limes peeled

Large handful of spinach (aprox 2 cups )

1/2 of cucumber

Blend with ice and 2 cups of water add organic sugar just enough to make it tasty and enjoy

5 leafs of romaine lettuce
1/2 of cucumber
2 whole pairs
1 banana

And two coconuts (the water inside)

Blend with ice and organic sugar or your preferred sweater if it needs any and enjoy

Blend with ice add 1//4 cup organic sugar and enjoy

2 coconuts (the water from inside)

1/2 of a lemon

Blend with ice and enjoy

To make sweeter freeze the fruit to add less ice or add organic sugar (a tiny bit is all you need)

Freeze everything to use less ice ( make it sweeter)

RAW CHOCOLATE BANANA SHAKE

1 cup of raw oatmeal sit them in water for one hour

1/2 cup of raw chocolate powder

2 whole ripe frozen bananas

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of almond milk

Blend until creamy

Then add two spoonfuls of organic peanut butter

Add ice blend and enjoy

Then add romain lettuce leaves across ( press down on the stem of it to make it flat )

Then slice a tomato lay it across

Slice a cucumber long ways like into a stick
Lay it across

Slice a avocado lay it across

Slice olives

Slice kale

Lay spinach leaves across

Add sea salt and pepper
Add any dress you like

I recommend homemade ranch or just ranch

Then roll it up like sushi sprinkle water across so it will stick then slice serve and ENJOY!!

Slice tomato
Slice cucumber
Slice green onions
Slice avocado


Layer the sliced avocado , tomato, cucumber, and green onions
(you can also use whatever else you think would be good this is just my personal favorite)

Then add the salad dressing of your choice roll up like a burrito and enjoy!

Take watermelon and slice it up to resemble the shape of a cracker.

Then slice the bananas (thin slices)

Slice strawberries (thin slices)

Slice pineapple ( thin slices)

Slice grapes ( thin slices)

And pretty much any other fruit you want

Then spread some greek yogurt like you would do cheese on a cracker

Layer your fruit across

Then top with more greek yogurt

And ENJOY!!

TOPING TIPS......

You can also add granola to the top of cherries or even organic chocolate.

add a few spoonfuls of greek yogurt

Blend it all in a blender then add half to a container with a lid and save for a second batch.

With the remaining batch still in the blender add ice and water BLEND & ENJOY!!
