Vegan spicy mayo sushi (California rolls)


Sushi rice~

Rinse rice really good until all starch is gone then let soak for 30 minutes then rinse really good again.

Cool rice as you normally would
When rice is done scoop into wood bowl if u got one using a wood spoon is best.

Lay seaweed wrap on plate
Spread rice on half
Spread light coat of hot vegan mayonnaise (1/2 cup of veganaise add desired amount of cayenne pepper depending on how spicy you want it and black pepper )

Lay across some avocado
Lay across sliced cucumber
Romaine lettuce


Roll and at the end of the wrap sprinkle water to seal it closed firmly

Slice and enjoy will soy sauce or whatever you want.
