Vegan French bread pizza

French bread pizza with vegan cheese


Boil broccoli and cauliflower until soft

Chop garlic, purple onion and green bell pepper one of each or more if you prefer.

Mash veggies up toss in sautéed onion bell pepper and garlic , mix all together well.


Spread it on French bread

Lay vegan cheese slices on top
Spread sliced olives


And bake for 20-30 minutes on 400

Slice serve and enjoy.

Peach mango delight smoothie



Preaches are not in season but I wanted some so I used frozen ( I rarely use frozen)

2 cups of peaches

1 inch thick slice of pineapple

1 whole mango

2 oranges

1 lemon

And the water of 2 coconuts


Blend with ice and for sweetener I use 1/2 cup of organic sugar (makes a whole blender full)


Guacamole

Guacamole


Two large ripe avocados

Two large organic tomatoes

One large yellow onion

One garlic clove

Half of a lime

Salt and pepper


Chop the avocado across and down so there are small squares (see image)

Chop tomatoes
Chop onions into small cubes
Chop garlic into small pieces

Mix all together in a large bowl
Squeeze the half of lime in (the lime keeps the guacamole from turning brown) , add salt and pepper to your taste.

And enjoy with chips or veggies i personally like to eat it with raw cauliflower.



Black Berry , lime , apple, lettuce (romain)

Handful of black berries
1 lime peeled
2 apples
4 leaves of romain lettuce


Add ice and organic sugar to taste
