Fruit green smoothie


1 pair sliced

1 cup of raspberries

2 cups of spinach

7-10 strawberries

1 cup of red leaf romaine lettuce

1 orange peeled

1/2 of a cucumber


Blend with ice and enjoy for sweetener I recommend organic sugar just enough to bring out the sweetness.

5 oranges

Two bunches if broccoli

1 lemon

1 stick of celery

Peel all fruit

Put it all in a juicer & ENJOY!!!
