Chop potatoes
Chop onions and cilantro
Add some olive oil To frying pan
Throw the onions and potatoes in until they are just how you want them add garlic salt and pepper or whatever other seasonings you like add the cilantro at the end and just sauté that for a few Minutes
Add vegan cheese put in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese
Add non dairy sour cream and enjoy!
I only have potatoes on occasion but when I do they are hooked up to the max lol
