Vegan cheese fondue
Chop up two red bell pepper
Chop up two purple onions
Chop up about 4-5 garlic cloves
Two tomatoes
Sauté everything with olive oil
Add tomatoes last
Chop your vegan cheese into small squares
Place them in the fondue pot add I cap full of olive oil
Add the sautéed onions and tomatoes and peppers let it sit while
Stirring really good until you start to smell the aroma
Cut sour doe bread into tiny squares toast to your preference I personally like mine really toasted.

TIP: I eat this on like a cheat day so I get to have bread being that I don't eat bread a lot but its also great with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini and I'm sure any veggies you like
