2 oranges peeled

1 peach

4-5 strawberries

Blend and enjoy ( freeze fruit so u dont have to add ice because ice takes away the natural sweetness if u have to add ice add half cup of organic sugar for sweetness)

2 kiwi
4 strawberries
1/2 of lemon
1 cup of silk all natural coconut milk
Blend with ice add 1//4 cup organic sugar and enjoy

SUMMER SMOOTHIE MIX 1

2 coconuts (the water from inside)

2 bananas

1 kiwi

1 avocado

1/2 of a lemon

Blend with ice and enjoy

To make sweeter freeze the fruit to add less ice or add organic sugar (a tiny bit is all you need)
