2 oranges peeled
1 cup of blackberries
5 large strawberries
Add i cup of water and add ice blend & ENJOY
TIP: to make it sweater freeze fruit prior so you use less ice.

Lay the seaweed wrap down on the plate as you would to make regular sushi
Then add romain lettuce leaves across ( press down on the stem of it to make it flat
Then slice a tomato lay it across
Slice a cucumber long ways like into a stick
Lay it across
Slice a avocado lay it across
Add sea salt and pepper
Add any dressing you like
I recommend homemade ranch or just ranch

1 cup of blackberries.
Blend with ice a half cup of water
